Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy
Booking an Appointment
Appointments can be requested via WhatsApp, telephone, email, or the contact form on the website.
An appointment is considered confirmed once it has been validated by the practitioner.
Fees and Payment
Consultation fees are communicated before the appointment is scheduled.
No online payment is available on this website.
Payment is due on the day of the consultation, using the method agreed with the practitioner, such as cash, bank transfer, or another accepted payment method.
An invoice can be provided upon request.
Cancellation or Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please notify the practitioner at least 48 hours in advance so that the appointment slot can be offered to another person.

In the event of late cancellation or failure to attend without prior notice, the practitioner reserves the right to charge for the session, except in exceptional circumstances or cases of force majeure.
Late Arrival
In case of lateness, the duration of the session may be shortened in order to respect the following appointments. The full consultation fee remains payable.
Cancellation by the Practitioner
In the event of an exceptional circumstance, the practitioner will inform the client as soon as possible and offer an alternative appointment time.
Confidentiality
All conversations and information shared during consultations are confidential, in accordance with the applicable legal framework.
The consultations offered provide psychological support, therapeutic listening, and individual guidance. They do not replace medical treatment, psychiatric care, or emergency services.
