1. Purpose of the Consultations

The consultations provided consist of individual support, therapeutic listening, discussion, and psychological guidance.

The practitioner works as a psychopractitioner. She does not represent herself as a psychologist, psychiatrist, or registered psychotherapist.

The consultations do not replace a medical diagnosis, medical treatment, psychiatric care, or emergency services.

In the event of immediate danger, severe distress, or suicidal thoughts, the person should contact the appropriate emergency services or a healthcare professional.

2. Booking an Appointment

Appointments may be requested via WhatsApp, telephone, email, or the website contact form.

An appointment is confirmed only after express confirmation by the practitioner.

The person making the appointment agrees to provide accurate information and to notify the practitioner if they are unable to attend.

3. Consultation Arrangements

Consultations may take place remotely or in person, depending on the arrangements agreed when booking the appointment.

The usual duration of the session, its fee, and practical arrangements are communicated before the appointment is confirmed.

The client remains free to end the support process at any time.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees are communicated before the appointment is scheduled and are stated in euros.

No online payment is available on this website.

Payment is due on the day of the consultation, using the payment method agreed with the practitioner, such as cash, bank transfer, or another accepted method.

An invoice may be provided upon request.

Where applicable:

VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

5. Cancellation, Rescheduling and Non-Attendance

If the client is unable to attend, they must notify the practitioner at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellation or rescheduling requests may be made via WhatsApp, telephone, or email.

In the event of late cancellation or non-attendance without prior notice, the practitioner reserves the right to charge for the session, except in exceptional circumstances or cases of force majeure.

In the event of lateness, the consultation may be shortened in order to respect subsequent appointments. The full consultation fee remains due.

6. Cancellation by the Practitioner

In exceptional circumstances, the practitioner will inform the client as soon as possible and offer an alternative appointment time.

7. Confidentiality

All discussions and information shared during consultations are confidential.

The practitioner undertakes to respect confidentiality within the limits provided by law, particularly where a situation presents a serious risk to the client or to another person.

8. Personal Data

Personal data provided by the client are used only to respond to contact requests, schedule appointments, manage administrative follow-up, and communicate when necessary.
